To judge the quality of drip tape, it is necessary to first check the non-qualification certificate and the specification and model label of agricultural drip tape, and then select the high-quality agricultural drip tape through the “external observation of three points, index inspection of seven items”.
Three points of drip tape: First is color. It is generally black, and uniform; Second is to see the surface. Smooth surface and no bubbles, hanging material line, rigid block and impurities, etc.; Third is to see the labyrinth flow, forming full, no deformation.
Important seven factors to check:
The first is the emitter flow rate. In our area, the emitter flow rate should be 1.8-2.6L/h. Large emitter flow will lead to large water consumption.
The second is the emitter spacing, generally 300-400mm is appropriate, less than 200mm of the general system uniformity is difficult to ensure;
The third is the flow index, which is generally 0.5-0.6 in the labyrinth agricultural drip tape, the smaller the better;
Fourth, the flow uniformity coefficient, flow uniformity coefficient (CV) less than 5% is appropriate;
The fifth is the anti-clogging performance. The anti-clogging performance mainly depends on the emitter channel structure, size and flow velocity in the channel. The zigzag channel structure is better than the Great Wall maze channel.
The sixth is the tensile property, which is often related to the proportion of new material. The more new material, the better the tensile property. The agricultural drip tape using recycled material is generally unqualified in tensile property.
The seventh is the anti-aging property. The anti-aging property is to ensure the normal use time of drip irrigation belt, which mainly depends on whether the appropriate amount of high-quality carbon black and antioxidants are added.
