Precautions When Using Fertilizer Tank

1 When the tank is small (less than 100L), it is best to pour the solid fertilizer into the fertilizer tank after dissolution, otherwise it may block the tank, especially when the pressure is low.
2 After each application of fertilizer, the pipeline should be flushed with irrigation water to drain the fertilizer liquid remaining in the pipeline. The general drip irrigation system is 20-30min, and the micro-sprinkler irrigation is 10-15min. The general situation is that the larger the irrigation area at the head, the longer the water pipeline, and the longer the flushing time.

Basic Operation Of Fertilizing Tank

① Calculate the amount of fertilizer applied at the current time according to the specific area or number of crop plants (if trees) in each round of irrigation area. Weigh or measure the fertilizer for each round irrigation area.
②Connect the by-pass pipe with the main pipe with two pipes each equipped with a valve. In order to facilitate the movement, each pipe can be equipped with a quick connector.
③Pour the liquid fertilizer directly into the fertilizer tank. If solid fertilizer is used, the fertilizer should be dissolved and injected into the fertilizer tank through the filter.
④ Fasten the lid of the tank after filling the fertilizer solution.
⑤Check that the inlet and outlet valves of the bypass pipe are closed and the shut-off valve is open, and then open the shut-off valve of the main pipeline.
⑥ Open the inlet and outlet valve of the bypass pipe, and then slowly close the shut-off valve while observing the pressure gauge to the required pressure difference (1-3m water pressure).
⑦For qualified users, you can use a conductivity meter to determine the time required for fertilization.
⑧When applying the next pot of fertilizer, the accumulated water in the pot must be drained in advance.
